At Sophie Melbourne, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days from the date you receive it for a full refund of the product price.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us First
Email us at contact@sophiemelbourne.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending your item back.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products returned without prior approval will be rejected and sent back at your expense.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Closing Sale & Sale Items
- Items purchased during our Closing Sale or other promotional sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the product is defective.

- Please consult our size chart before ordering, as returns due to sizing issues will only be accepted if you followed the size chart recommendations.
